Galleria Portofino
C’è il mare di tutto il mondo a specchiarsi nelle acque di Portofino: la tempesta degli oceani e la bonaccia delle cale riparate, lo sferzare dei colpi di vento e il calore del sole sulla pelle, i silenzi che vivono al largo e l’allegro colloquiare dei bagnant i, sdraiati sulle rive. Portofino è un mondo racchiuso nel magico cerchio della sua completezza. E un bagliore di questo mondo il Maestro Alfredo Pieramati sa cogliere nelle opere in esposizione presso la prestigiosa Galleria d’Arte Portofino: che assonanza profonda fra il pittore solo apparentemente figurativo e la località solo apparentemente alla moda! E’ un’assonanza che parte dalle linee essenziali delle case, tanto realisticamente colte nei quadri dedicati all’abitato, e prosegue nella linea ardita delle vele in regate o strambate che sanno di sogno. La vegetazione poi, come le onde, riprende il cerchio di quel mondo di cui Portofino è il centro e cui le calate, come le insenature e i promontori a picco fanno da quinte, come in un teatro. Paesaggi più sognati che descritti, cui l’impiego di un colore intenso, squillante eppure caldo e rassicurante da l’ultimo tocco di suggestione. Rivive in queste opere quel concetto virtuale cui Pieramati si accostò sin dall’inizio della sua stagione creativa.

Sparkling waves, wind in the sails.
There’s the sea around the world to look at himself in the waters of Portofino: the storm of the oceans and the calm sheltered coves, the lash of gusts of wind and the warmth of the sun on your skin, the silences that live off and the cheerful talk of bathers, lying on the banks. Portofino is a world encased in the magical circle of its completeness. And a glow of this world is reproduced on the canvas by the Master Alfredo Pieramati whose works are on display at the prestigious Galleria d’Arte Portofino.
It’s a connection that starts with clean lines of houses, so realistically captured in the paintings of the little sea town and continues in a daring line of sails in regattas .
The vegetation then, like the waves, resumes the circle of that world of which Portofino is the centre and where the creeks and the bays overlooking the sea make you think that you are in a natural theater!
The use of an intense color, vibrant yet warm at the same time comes alive in these works, a virtual concept that Pieramati approached from the beginning of his creative period.
